Blacklock est une version moderne du grand chophouse britannique. Installé dans une ancienne maison close, il a sélectionné pour vous la meilleure viande du pays produite par l'agriculteur et boucher récompensé Philip Warren de Cornwall. Il cuisine avec la plus grande simplicité des côtelettes sur un authentique grill au charbon de bois avec l'aide d'anciens fers à repasser Blacklock, le tout accompagné de cocktails à 5 GBP et de vin à la tireuse dans ce paradis souterrain atmosphérique de l'entrecôte. Le dimanche, attablez-vous pour le traditionnel rôti dominical britannique qui rivalise en saveurs avec celui de votre maman.
