Le Toku Modern Asian propose une cuisine principalement japonaise avec des influences de Chine, de Corée et d'Asie du Sud-Est. Son menu asiatique moderne est élaboré à partir d'ingrédients et de techniques de cuisson provenant du monde entier. Les propriétaires Gillis et George Poll ont beaucoup voyagé et soupé partout dans le monde.
