Chef Sturgess Spanos, a French-trained veteran, showcases his talent and flair for innovation, which compliment the gastropub's beer-centric beverage program. The Birdsall House Beer Garden opened in 2011 offering patio dining and picnic tables for groups to congregate and socialize over a pint. We look forward to your visit.

J’ai pris le steak en plat qui était une très bonne viande parfaitement cuite avec des chips maison. C’était parfait mais plus du niveau d’un très bon Steakhouse que d’un restaurant étoilé au guide Michelin. Le service par contre était top avec en prime un maître d’hôtel parlant français. Superbe vue sur la rivière Hudson.
