There are two dining spaces at Cotswold House, as well as an option to have lunch or dinner at our sister property The Noel Arms directly opposite.The juxtaposition of our relaxed Cocktail Bar area and sophisticated Hidcote Brasserie & Grill restaurant creates a two-concept dining experience. Linked together, these spaces offer the best of both worlds. The Chipping Campden Cocktail Bar offers an informal dining experience, this is where the bar is located so expect a livelier vibe, cocktail shakers, the gurgling espresso machine and locals coming and going. Dogs are welcome too. Hidcote Brasserie & Grill is a little more sedentary, romantic even, and is located in a beautiful high ceilinged Regency room. The same menu is served in both spaces for dinner.The Chipping Campden Cocktail Bar offers a wide range of wines by the glass, as well as an enviable Gin selection. A cocktail list is also on offer, with a choice of classics or something new to try.

Welcome to the Fleece Inn, Bretforton. The Fleece Inn is the perfect rural retreat, the quintessential English country pub. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful Cotswolds and boasting roaring open fires for the winter months, open garden and apple orchard for the summer sun and a friendly welcome all year round. We pride in producing the finest burgers using local ingredients. Check out Flipside Labs, where our burger nerds try something different and interesting.Aside from burgers, we have a great wines and all our cocktails are made fresh (none of this pre-made mix nonsense). The Horse and Groom Inn aims to provide great food and drink in a quintessential, traditional 16th century country inn. Dining is relaxed and informal in a friendly atmosphere. We are open for our full a la carte restaurant service from Monday to Saturday each week with tables from 18:00 until 20:30. We are closed for dinner on Sunday, but the bar is open. The meal was excellent and good value. My slight reservations were that I had to keep reminding them I was gluten intolerant. They got it in the end but I had disclosed this when making the reservation. I had also told them in advance that it was my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. There was no acknowledgment of this, don’t expect much, but even a congratulation would have been nice.

Enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon at The Holt, afternoon tea was lovely, nice atmosphere and decorated with Christmas tress and a lovely fire. Nice to have warm scones as some places do not do this, and nice sandwiches and cakes. We needed to do a last minute change with the sandwich's from their menu, and the were very obliging to do so.

All staff extremely happy, friendly and attentive. Felt that the food could have been a bit hotter. Must admit that the roast beef was quite tough.

The food and drinks for lunch were good and the service was friendly and reasonably efficient, just a little slow at times. They dealt well with one food allergy and overall, we were pleased to Kavenagh lunch there.

We’ve been dining for 3 nights at the Holt hotel and every time it was delicious and the service 10 out 10, a bit expensive but everything is I guess these days. Highly recommend the restaurant and the hotel! 🥰
