The Ivy Collection has crossed the Irish Sea to open its first international brasserie in the heart of Dublin at the new landmark building of One Molesworth, Dawson Street. The Ivy Dawson Street brings a touch of Ivy magic to Ireland, offering effortless glamour and a varied mix of classics and locally inspired dishes.
The Hawksmoor Dublin menu is equally steak and seafood, receiving some of the freshest produce high standard Irish beef, as well as cocktails made by award-winning bartenders.
Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch, Brunch (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) and dinner. Ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
