The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table. A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes.
