August is a restaurant that sits in the old heritage church on Dornoch Terrace, West End. Our dining room is surrounded by objects, art, and the original pitched church ceiling and stained glass windows. Our menu is influenced by regional food from France, Italy and SpainAugust is open for dinner from 5pm on Wednesday - Saturday, and from 12pm for Sunday Lunch. With a quiet and peaceful Alfresco area, Good Grace is a a true escape and nice place to relax. Organically sourced coffee and with quality produce and sustainability at the forefront of the restaurant offering. Good Grace also has a large courtyard/beer garden and function space for up to 100 guests at the rear of the restaurant. With a more casual vibe, the space can be hired our for groups of 30-100 people, as well as having diners visit Wednesday to Sunday evenings, with different events happening throughout the year. Air conditioned and heated in the winter - fully undercover.

    Repeat visit and elected to sit inside. Great art on display. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was tasty and well presented. Thoroughly recommend an upmarket cafe with diverse menu, situated in lovely bamboo garden surrounded by classy plant nursery. Not cheap but well worth the money.

    I love Bar Francine so was excited to see a new restaurant by the same team, though this quite different so don’t come expecting a similar menu or vibe! Really loved the food and the venue is stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed the trout and the dessert of caramelised brioche. We had a great date night here!

    Steak night was great! Quality fresh food and amazing friendly accommodating staff. Group of 10 were looked after so well. Dining staff made sure we organised the birthday cake they brought it out with sparklers and a song. They assisted with a table at the end for the kids to sit and colour in while we ate. Found it was quicker to order drinks from your table than go to the bar! Will definitely return. Thanks for a great experience team!

    Food and service was good. Just the people that had dishes with prawns felt there wasn’t much prawns just a lot of pasta to there dish. But we still all enjoyed it and will be back, next time they will just make sure they order it with extra
