Pendant plus de 13 ans, le Siena a été l'un des restaurants favoris des amoureux de la cuisine toscane authentique. Le chef Harvey Harris a reçu son diplôme en cuisine italienne dans une école hôtelière du Piémont, en Italie, mais son cœur appartient à la Toscane, où il a vécu et travaillé. Les plats du Siena sont cuisinés à la commande, les pâtes fraîches sont préparées chaque jour, tout comme les sauces et les bouillons. La cuisine toscane ne comporte pas de gluten en général.
