Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Toutefois, le Chef cuisinier Jason Saxby utilise rarement des ingrédients importés et est influencé davantage par les saisons et les techniques de cuisson modernes plutôt que par les recettes traditionnelles. Always fabulous food and terrific service. This place with the sky high views is an undiscovered gem. AND they dont kick you out after 2 hours if you opt for early service ie 6:30. Turn over is not their main concern. Its a neighbourhood gem that you can always rely on.

Had lunch @ Pyrmont restaurant for a friends birthday. We did the special lunch menu and it was delicious and really good value.

Thanks staff has given us a room per our request. All 8 of us enjoyed the night very much. Five of us came to Cucina for the 1st time and they will revisit again with their own family.
