Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Toutefois, le Chef cuisinier Jason Saxby utilise rarement des ingrédients importés et est influencé davantage par les saisons et les techniques de cuisson modernes plutôt que par les recettes traditionnelles.     An evening out with 7 girlfriends to celebrate some birthdays. We were greeted by the friendly staff when we arrived and taken to our seats. From that point the service was excellent, staff knew the menu and were able to recommend meals and we weren’t let down food was amazing, and cocktail delicious.  Definitely recommend but if you’re looking for a quiet dinner I would go a little bit later. We went at 6:30 and there were quite a few families there so it was a little noisey but we still had a great night.

    Thanks staff has given us a room per our request. All 8 of us enjoyed the night very much. Five of us came to Cucina for the 1st time and they will revisit again with their own family.
