Verace is the place to go to for the most authentic Italian pizza that you can get without flying to italy. I would come here every week if I lived closer to them! I always order the diavola and it never lets me down, plus their home made chilli oil is to die for! Family run, Italian owners too so you know it’s legit. Family friendly, not stuffy and easy parking.

Review: Braci Osteria + Pizzeria – A Slice of Italy in Sydney I think I found the best pizza in Sydney, and I’m both thrilled and slightly heartbroken about it. Thrilled because, well, I had the most perfect Margherita and a spicy hot salami pizza that made my taste buds sing O Sole Mio. Heartbroken because I live too far away to make this my weekly (okay, daily) spot. Life is cruel like that. Braci is a small, cozy Italian haven where the smell of woodfire pizza instantly hugs you as you walk in. The open kitchen is like a live cooking show, minus the stress and dramatic background music. Watching the pizzaiolo work their magic with the dough is hypnotic—like ballet, but with more flour and fire. The wine? Bellissimo. The tiramisu? A fluffy, coffee-infused cloud of happiness. The only disappointment? Not being able to eat the entire menu in one sitting. But I suppose moderation is key… or at least that’s what I’m telling myself to feel better. If you love pizza, go. If you don’t love pizza, re-evaluate your life choices and then go. The sushi omakase at Rhodes Central Komatsu is always excellent. The thoughtful attention to detail, great ingredients, and the skills of the seasoned chef always provide a fantastic experience, which is why I visit this place several times a year. Additionally, it’s even better because it’s close to my home. Although they also operate dine-in services, it’s never chaotic, and the fact that they only take one set of guests at a time is always a great choice for me, as I enjoy taking my time to savor the food.

Amazing service! The service was great and the food was delicious and we spent the trip home talking about the meatballs. Will 100% be coming back!
