Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Always fabulous food and terrific service. This place with the sky high views is an undiscovered gem. AND they dont kick you out after 2 hours if you opt for early service ie 6:30. Turn over is not their main concern. Its a neighbourhood gem that you can always rely on.

Beautiful food and very good value. Really good wine selection as well. Would love to see a couple of pasta options (ideally arrabbiata as I’m veggie and that’s my favourite 😊)

We had the Tutto Bene with the addition of half a dozen oysters. Everything was magnificent. The service was warm and friendly, and because we go there twice a year, the owner and his son have been able to recognise us and we are welcomed. The food is imaginative and very tasty, and the wine selection is great, with something for every taste and budget.

My friends and I had a great time at By Sang. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. The stand out dish to me is the dry aged duck. It was full of unami. We also enjoyed the chirashi donburi with the fresh seafood and also the fact we can make our own hand sushi with the seaweed sheets.
