Chef Angelo Romano’s Paradiso restaurant exemplifies excellence. I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows.
The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients…
Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink.

Le PISTACHE est un bistrot français de style parisien avec une touche méditerranéenne. Il sert des repas simples et délicieux élaborés avec des produits frais, locaux et importés. Il peut accueillir 180 personnes et est ouvert 7j/7 pour le dîner et le souper.
Les prix sont raisonnables et les plats sont sains. Le service est décontracté et efficace. Vous profiterez d'une ambiance animée et d'un style européen affirmé. L'intérieur rappelle le style Art nouveau de la plupart des brasseries et bistrots de Paris ouverts dans les années 1920. Cet établissement dispose de sièges confortables, notamment de nombreuses banquettes en cuir rouge, d'un bar et d'immenses miroirs d'époque. On dirait que ce restaurant « fait partie des meubles ». Il est classique, rétro-moderne et sophistiqué, mais sans prétention.
La terrasse surplombe le parc du Centenaire, les fontaines et le réseaux de canaux Intracoastal Waterway. Elle est dotée de grands parasols et peut accueillir 30 convives dans un cadre rappelant la Côte d'Azur.
Since 2001, we have been located in downtown West Palm Beach, in CityPlace. Our original location was surrounded by grand fountains, which inspired our name. However, as our popularity grew, so did our need for space. And, after 23 years, we moved into our new home, which is just steps away from the old one. Our new space is beyond our wildest imaginations. Starting in the kitchen, we have every amenity a chef could want, allowing us to serve a wide variety of classic Italian dishes, including homemade pastas, handcrafted pizzas, and mouth-watering seafood and meat entrees. In the front of the house, you will be welcomed by a variety of seating options, including cozy round booths, large and small tables, high-top bar tables, and communal tables where you can spread out and make new friends.
