Depuis son ouverture en 2005, le Tre Famiglia a acquis une clientèle locale et provenant de la banlieue de Philadelphie. Élu meilleur restaurant italien du sud du New Jersey pour la 10e année consécutive par le Post Courier, il a apporté le style de cuisine italienne maison qui a fait le succès de son établissement du sud de Philadelphie, le Chip's Restaurant, créé en 1903. So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft.
