Wolfgang Zwiener, a veritable icon after over four decades of loyal service at the legendary Peter Luger’s in New York, has become a legend, himself, with seven successful steakhouses across the country bearing his name. Building a solid reputation on the strength of his service and exacting standards, Zwiener hand selects all sides of beef served in his steakhouses, and chooses only USDA Prime Grade Black Angus beef for superior marbling, tenderness, flavor and texture. A ritual with an artisan’s flair, the sides of beef are dry-aged on site to perfection, and then carved to order by our own butcher into Wolfgang’s signature Porterhouse, prime New York sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, and prime rib. The results are luxurious ----- meltingly tender and juicy steaks served sizzling hot with a perfectly caramelized crust.

Taking inspiration from the term Rumba, which was introduced in Spain in the early 20th century as rumba flamenco, the restaurant’s dishes flirt, tease and sway on the palate. The flavors are inspired by countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea. Guests can then expect a wide menu comprised of Spanish, Italian, Greek, and a bit of French influences. Rumba focuses on a cooking method using a charcoal oven which infuses smoky flavors into the chef’s specialty dishes.The restaurant was designed to match the rhythm of the dishes, with a rich patchwork of textures ranging from white floral blooms adorning the walls, to a riveted wood ceiling, and wicker furniture accents in colors that carry the characteristics of the Mediterranean landscape. Phenomenal experience all around. The food was wonderful, with a great ambiance for a romantic dinner. The private viewing deck for the fountain show was incredible. Most of all, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I very much look forward to going again the next time I’m in Manila. Can not recommend enough for people looking for a wonderful night out.

Entire experiance was great. From being seated (even though we were late), to the food, ambiance and service. Great touch that the entire staff remembered my name, even the ones that didn't directly assist me.
