Uncle Bacala’s specializes in Italian-style seafood and other inventive dishes in its warm and cozy New Hyde Park eatery. Le Frank's Steaks est un steakhouse établi depuis 1988. Le restaurant a beaucoup de clients très fidèles et le Zagat le considère dans son classement depuis 20 ans. Voici ce que ce dernier en dit : « Le meilleur steak de hampe au monde. - Le filet mignon fond comme du beurre. - Tout simplement bœuf. » Le Frank's Steaks est un établissement décontracté qui a la réputation de servir les aliments de la meilleure qualité disponible sur les marchés. Les prix peuvent sembler élevés à première vue, mais par rapport à ses concurrents, ce restaurant offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Les viandes vieillies de première qualité sont aussi délectables que dans tout autre steakhouse du pays.
