We are a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of South Yarra.We first opened our doors in 2016, when a then, 22-year-old Charlie Carrington, decided to create a restaurant that changed cuisine every few months. Dubbed the most "Ambitious Restaurant Opening" of the year, Atlas Dining quickly rose to cult status. If you enjoy the slightly unusual with an Aussie influence then this is the restaurant for you - we really enjoyed the food, it was an unforgettable night The only two downers that don’t relate to the food were 1. We didn’t have any dedicated waiting staff so didn’t get to develop any repartee / relationship which often enhances the night. The sommelier young man was the exception and therefore great … we had little conversations with him during the wine selection times …. He was great - having said that there was lots of serving staff 2. in the past we had heard (and was looking forward) to going into a real garden to show some of the produce used so quite disappointing to be lead to an enclosed box out the back either lots of little standing tables for guests

So glad we found this restaurant- amazing food, wonderful waitstaff and perfectly sized for a pre-Christmas dinner with friends so you can enjoy each others company without too much noise. Will certainly be going back.

Fabulous Portuguese food experience, good wine selection. The staff were warm, friendly, informative but not intrusive. Great night celebrating our Anniversary.
