Bonjour j en suis à ma 4 ieme visite dans votre steak house J ai commandé un rib eye steak 16 oz a 94$ us la coupe n était pas égale ce qui a donné une cuisson inégale et la pièce était pleine de nerfs , après en avoir informé le serveur de cette situation et ma dit que c était normal pour cette coupe de viande PARDON, je suis boucher de profession et propriétaire de boucherie depuis les 36 dernières années il y a une. très grosse différence entre du gras et des NERFS je suis en mesure de faire la différence entre les deux il m a répondu qu il en informerait le chef!! Après ça aucun suivi de sa part et il est arrivé avec la facture . Merci et bonne soirée
