Little Joe's Steakhouse is a classic American steakhouse featuring the best in USDA 'aged' choice steaks and chops in various portion sizes, along with a wide array of side dishes and appetizers. Steaks including rib eye, new york, t-bone, filet mignon- are aged six to seven weeks to maximize the flavor profile. Seafood selections include twin lobster tails, furikake ahi, miso butterfish, and snow crab. Little Joe's Steakhouse offers a full bar and hosts daily happy hour with up-to-half-off food and drink specials nightly from 4:30pm to 6:30pm for the food and extend the drinks till 7:00pm. While it may seem like we are a normal restaurant, The Pearl is primarily a place of learning for our culinary students. Their education is our priority and we do our best, with limited resources, to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. During a pandemic it is difficult to operate at maximum efficiency and capacity. We have very limited seating, and we need extra time to carefully prepare our kitchen and dining area for your safety.
