Crafted out of sheer Westside flair and a nineteen year trajectory, Thyme Restaurant is a concept reimagined by a couple of couples with an affinity for food, wine and our beautiful Upper Westside neighborhood. It took laughter, conversation and lots of emotion, over many dinners to evolve this coveted space to what you see now. Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso.
Our concept is to create a cozy atmosphere, featuring delicious bistro style sharable appetizers and classic popular dishes from diverse regions in France paired with a great selection of wines and cocktails.
Our name, Entrecôte, is a very popular Ribeye Steak dish served in bistros and specialty restaurant in France. We are very exited to start this new adventure and offer a unique experience to El Pasoans and visitors from out of town.
