L'un de ses restaurants les plus reconnus est le Ristorante Pulcinella, où Domenic a remporté pour la première fois une distinction lorsque sa formation internationale a repassé les frontières pour revenir à Calgary au printemps 2006. À la tête d'une des rares pizzerias au monde certifiées APN (Associazione Pizzaioli Napolitani), Domenic a pu donner la pleine mesure de ses talents culinaires, de son impressionnante connaissance du vin et de sa passion pour la cuisine italienne.
