Paris House blends modern culinary techniques with traditional foods to create a 6 course tasting menu. Paris House was originally built in 1878 in Paris. At the end of the 19th Century the timber framed building was dismantled and shipped piece by piece to its current home in the stunning grounds of Woburn Park. In January 2014 Paris House was bought by the businesses’ award winning Executive Chef Phil Fanning. The restaurant is managed as a family business by Fanning and his wife Claire.The restaurant’s tasting menus are based around dishes constructed with natural flavour combinations using the best seasonal produce available. Welcome to The Greyhound, a 17th century coaching inn, in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town.Owned and managed by husband and wife team, Daniel Crump and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the pub and restaurant was named as the ‘One to Watch in the UK’s prestigious Top 50 Gastropubs Awards, named a TripAdvisor 2021 Travellers’ Choice Award Winner, and voted the best restaurant in Bucks & Oxon by guests in the annual Muddy Stilettos awards. The Greyhound is made up of 3 key areas for guests to enjoy: an intimate drinking lounge and outside drinking terrace, the main restaurant for dining (upstairs and downstairs), and an outdoor covered and heated dining terrace. Nous sommes allez avec des amies à ce restaurant que nous avons beaucoup vu sur les réseaux sociaux. Nous avions réservé pour 22h30. Il y avait un DJ, ainsi qu’une violoniste pour accompagner le tout. L’ambiance était au rendez vous et nous étions dans une atmosphère très agréable. Pour les plats, il y a énormément de choix, le concept est de commander à manger et de tout se partager sur la table. Niveaux prix c’est un petit peu cher, mais en additionnant la musique, le cadre ainsi que le personnel très accueillant cela est compréhensible. Nous avons pris 4 plats « à partager », (des sushi 6 pièces, du riz avec de l’agneau, des maki 6 pièces et enfin des crispy) on en a eu pour à peu près 49£ par tête.

Magnifique, cuisine remarquable. Professionnalisme et empathie du maitre d'hôtel qui parle un bon Français. Plat élaboré et très gourmets. Cadre magnifique. Digne d'un étoilé Français. Pour la petite histoire, j'ai travaillé il y a 32 ans dans cette établissement et celui ci est toujours aussi charmant Je recommande vivement

Savoureuse expérience: nous avons partagé les menus Classic, et Season, nous conseillons aussi bien l’un que l’autre. Les mets sont finement cuisinés, aussi bien le poisson que les viandes (lamb , duck , excellents) les légumes sont bien mis en valeur (savoureuses morilles), la présentation est extrêmement soignée, c’est un plaisir des yeux. Que dire des desserts (on a adoré le carrot cake revisité). On est reçus dans un petit hôtel particulier composé de différents salons très cosy. Le service est chaleureux. On recommande vivement!
