Founded in 2007, UMI Japanese Fine Dining serves traditional and modern Japanese cuisine in an elegant and welcoming dining room. The wait staff are warm, friendly and attentive. This restaurant offers a full bar, including hot and cold sake. Ask staff which drink will pair well with your dish. Start with an appetizer like the edamame, agedashi tofu, stuffed mushroom, ika tempura or the crab cakes. UMI also offers a variety of bento box dinner specials, where guests can customize their dinner. Choose from tofu, chicken, shrimp, beef or salmon teriyakis or fish or vegetable tempuras.
