Grotta di Fuoco, which translates to Fire Cave, is an industrial, rustic space with subtle lighting, raw steel, reclaimed wood, and concrete finishes. Step inside, descend below street level, and enter our vision of a cave. As for the fire, our focal point is a wood burning oven right next to the bar. You can sit close enough to feel the warmth, hear the crackle, and smell the scent of food being cooked, all while being entranced by the open flame. While Long Beach is rocking during the summer with the beach, Boardwalk, events, and outdoor dining, winter is when Grotta heats up. Had yet again a great time at NK restaurant. Went for brunch with a friend. Food was great ( I had the lamb chops as appetizers and my friend ordered wings). Our server Nigel, was great, friendly and thoroughly explained the menu to us. Our entrees were great as well. I ordered the codfish and ackee meal and my friend ordered grits. We were stuffed and satisfied. I’ll be back soon!

Great food, excellent service, and outstanding value. Huge portions of Chicken Parmigiana and Rigatoni Pasta. The Fried Calamari was cooked to perfection. Great experience, will definitely be going back soon!

I always enjoy coming to Dunns River. The music is good, the food is amazing and it’s the only sit down Caribbean experience that is top tier compared to the normal hole in the wall establishments with the plex glass separating the customers. Home run for date night. My only wish is that the music isn’t so loud all the time. It’s so hard to have a conversation. I stayed away from Friday & Saturday and picked a weekday date night thinking it would be a quieter background noise kind of night. Nope. We were still shouting at each other. After our meal we ending up walking around in the rain so we could hear each other lol. Something to consider for management maybe.
