Tout manger du museau à la queue signifie que, le cas échéant, toutes les parties de l'animal doivent être utilisées dans la cuisine. A pub in the modern sense of the word. We have a bar area and a dining room, we serve food from a menu that changes often, it isn't fine dining nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, do not be afraid to share, as sharing truly is the spice of life. If you would like simply to pop in for a cheeseburger and a refreshing pint please do, there is always space in the bar. It is loud and slightly chaotic, at night it is dark, we turn tables because we need to in order to survive, make the business work, and pay the people that make it work. Please don't be offended if we ask you to wait a little moment for your table to be ready. The kitchen opens at 6pm for service during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and at 1pm during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) for a lunch service. The pub, however, opens at 3pm on weekdays and at 12pm on weekends

Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running. We also received the Thai select award from the UK Thai Embassy which certifies authenticity and the freshness of our ingredients.We’re a young team of enthusiastic individuals, who over the last few years have bought our passion and skills to the table. Parties of six and larger, kindly contact the restaurant directly for reservations. These larger groups will be offered the shared feasting menu only and a deposit of £10 per head needs to be taken to confirm the booking, which will be deducted from your bill.
