It is loud and slightly chaotic, at night it is dark, we turn tables because we need to in order to survive, make the business work, and pay the people that make it work. The kitchen opens at 6pm for service during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and at 1pm during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) for a lunch service. The pub, however, opens at 3pm on weekdays and at 12pm on weekends
