Le restaurant jumeau State Bird Provisions (juste à côté), The Progress est aussi la vision des chefs-propriétaires Stuart Brioza & Nicole Krasinski, mais avec une portée plus large: un menu familiale choisissez-votre propre aventure qui illustre la cuisine Californienne contemporaine et rustique.
