Situé à Plantsville, l'ancien restaurant Old Mill est désormais devenu le New Mill, réputé pour les talents culinaires de son nouveau chef Bob Martucci. Cet ancien moulin à cidre datant de 1737 a été l'un des établissements les plus prisés du Connecticut pendant de nombreuses années, avant d'être entièrement rénové par ses propriétaires, Chris et Michelle Calvanese. Il propose des spécialités comme des fruits de mer frais, un bar de crudités, des steaks de bœuf Angus « chop house » ainsi que des pâtes et des desserts maison.
