"Betts" is a tribute to Elizabeth Schofield, wife of Captain Levi Schofield and our namesake. The space is cozy yet airy and feels like a mix between a restaurant and a very cool home that you’d happily want to reside in all day. Betts is inspired by American dishes we all know and love but reinvented with a thoughtful approach. The menu focuses on freshness, quality and whole foods put out from a predominantly scratch kitchen.     Surprise! Burntwood Tavern is not known as a steak house. However, the three filets that were ordered were perfect in size and how they were prepared! I highly recommend if you are looking for an excellent filet, cooked to perfection for a decent price this is it! The wait staff was attentive and helped to make an excellent dining experience!

    Lea was our server and she was exceptional! Professional and personable. Made great suggestions for our meal and complimentary to what we were looking to eat. It was fantastic and made us quickly forget we were sat 15 minutes past our reservation. Chase and the hostess were apologetic, especially because we were crammed against the bar waiting for our table. The place was electric!! All dishes were divine and the only critique was the quality of noodles used for the special pasta dish of the evening—the one with mushrooms and blueberries. The pasta felt more like ramen than fresh pasta. We will be back!
