Lavagna a ouvert ses portes le 1er février 1999.Le restaurant offre une cuisine digne des traditionnelle trattoria italienne, à un prix raisonnable. L'ambiance aux chandelles est confortable, avec un vieux four à bois, des murs en briques, un plafond de tôle embossée et un petit bar à vin où il est également de prendre une bouchée.
