Doté d'un bar de 15 places, de 120 places pour manger, de 16 sièges en plein air et de 50 sièges dans une salle privée, le Exchange Pub + Kitchen propose de nombreuses options de restauration. Les menus de saison en rotation du chef de cuisine Robert Temple sont au centre du Exchange Pub + Kitchen. Des produits locaux et des ingrédients non transformés sont le point d'honneur de la cuisine. Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue sur la cuisine ouverte pendant que les chefs étalent leurs talents culinaires.
