Daniel Serfer, originaire de Miami, a ouvert son premier restaurant, le Blue Collar, en janvier 2012. Fréquenté par les habitants et les visiteurs, le Blue Collar sert une cuisine américaine réconfortante dans un cadre décontracté lié à un motel de prostituées.
S'appuyant sur le succès du Blue Collar, le Mignonette propose une atmosphère amusante, accessible où vous pourrez déguster une douzaine d'huîtres, une bouteille de champagne, des préparations de fruits de mer classiques comme des huîtres Rockefeller et des palourdes Casino, ainsi qu'un plateau de jolis coquillages. Comme il souhaite encore une fois créer le genre de restaurant qu'il aime, Serfer est heureux d'apporter une expérience unique de bar à huîtres à ceux qui ont rendu le Blue Collar si populaire.
