De plus, les seules huiles utilisées dans l'ensemble des préparations sont l'huile de canola ou l'huile d'olive. Les autres favoris de la carte comprennent entre autres : œufs mimosa, sauté de crevettes, tomates vertes frites, salade de betteraves chaude, rôti de filet de porc avec crème à la moutarde de Dijon, gruau de maïs aux crevettes et penne à l'andouille et aux crevettes.
