Absolutely outstanding! Very attentive, friendly and warm welcoming staff. The restaurant and toilets were immaculate and beautifully decorated. Such a warm homely atmosphere. The food was incredible and worth every penny! We’ll definitely be returning soon!!

Attentive, welcoming staff. Menu explained and we wanted to share two different plates. That was fine, no.problem! Food was hot, delicious and very flavoursome. Nothing to dislike! Staff were aware of when we were leaving and went ahead a e opened the door, wishing us a very nice evening. Very polite and courteous! We will definitely be back, a very pleasurable experience. This a great example of a English pub. Plenty of room and there different dining areas which are themed. Food is as described and well presented. Simple food done well. Staff are attentive and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful. We had our wedding reception here 9 years ago and when we were gifted a voucher as a Christmas present we decided to use it for afternoon tea close to our anniversary. It was perfect and brought back some amazing memories. Beautiful location and building. The staff are fantastic and the food is delicious. Great experience.
