Nojo è un progetto fusion dove la tradizione nipponica incontra quella internazionale e si fonde con la cucina moderna europea. Un’ambiziosa formula che mette insieme tradizioni culinarie diverse, per dare vita a piatti e sapori unici grazie alle sapienti mani del nostro executive chef Valerio Esse. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di porre la massima attenzione al cliente e all’accoglienza, cercando di arricchire cuore e palato. La nostra visione è quella di rompere gli schemi con una reinterpretazione dei classici orientali. Il locale è composta da una sala interna e una esterna coperta e riscaldata nei mesi invernali, la cucina a vista si affaccia su entrambe le sale. Nel 2021 abbiamo vinto il premio per la miglior carta dei vini su Roma nella categoria dei ristoranti asiatici, mentre nel 2022 siamo entrati nel travellers' choice di Trip Advisor oltre che entrare nella Guida Ristoranti Fusion del Gambero Rosso. We had an amazing evening at Anima. It was the celebration of our 40th Wedding Anniversary and the moment they knew this, they were even more amazing. We received a hand made card from the staff. All in all this was one of our most pleasant experiences in a good restaurant. The food was exceptional and they have a great wine list. If we ever get to Rome again, we will eat there. And stay in the beautiful Hotel it is attached to.

Wonderful small restaurant off the main streets with a very private feel. Excellent service with great food.

Great atmosphere. Good quality sushi and food. Outside seating was very nice and secluded from street. Would recommend for something out of the tourist area.
