Les frères jumeaux John et Jim Thomas ont perpétué la tradition familiale et ont développé l'El Pinto afin d'en faire l'endroit typique pour déguster la cuisine saine et fraîche du Nouveau-Mexique. N'hésitez pas à venir découvrir le goût authentique du Nouveau-Mexique. La fraîcheur est au rendez-vous à l'El Pinto grâce à sa cuisine concoctée de A à Z chaque matin.
