Le restaurant est directement sur la plage et entouré d'un mur de verre. Il permet de voir les vagues s'effondrer sur la plage à quelques pieds, tout en restant bien au sec. Le Pier House dispose de deux espaces bar où plusieurs spectacles sont organisés. L'«Atlantic Room» accueille un fabuleux brunch du dimanche et est disponible 7 jours par semaine pour des événements privés. Les repas à l'extérieur sont offerts du mois d'avril au mois d'octobre, lorsque le temps le permet.

Le restaurant flambant neuf a été conçu par l'architecte de renommée internationale David Collins et le résultat de cette collaboration n'a pas fini d'impressionner.
