Join us in our newest addition at Pittwater - Glasshouse Grill. Our bespoke kitchen has 2 natural coal grills. The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. Along with our decadent menu of fine selections, we also have a range of starters that are perfect to share, fresh pastas, pizzas and a range of classic meals. Our seasonal menu is bursting with flavour, our Chefs use fresh regional produce sourced as locally and organically as possible, selected for flavour and sustainability, prepared with minimum fuss so that their natural quality shines through...you’ll certainly be spoilt for choice.

Two brothers from the beaches set out with a goal to bring their take on American Deli style food to Sydney. Their artisan flavours are completely unique whilst still incorporating the classic New Yorker Deli techniques and experience.By using only the best free range and barley fed beef from Tasmania the boys have been recognised for their 12 hour smoked pastrami (the magic is in their signature salt brine consisting of 18 spices and original TBD's pastrami rub) along with their one of a kind slow cooked corned beef brisket and cold smoked pastrami lox. Enjoyed a great lunch with our friends. Most had the scallop entre, we tried the famous sour dough bread to die for! For mains several had the prawn tagliatelle which was excellent and others had the pizza I tried a piece and thought it was best in the area! Wine and beer were moderatey priced. We sat outside to the sounds of Australian summer cicadas which was very cool and pleasant. We will be back as being able to walk from our home was an added bonus.

It’s always nice to go to Glasshouse restaurant, but the past two times when I’ve ordered the small size chicken Parma’ it was overcooked and hard. I had to request the gravy which wasn’t with the meal. I think they may be rushing meals and that causes cooking too fast.

We booked online to get an outside table, but had to change the number of people when we got there. The staff were wonderful and quickly changed the seating for us. The wind started to pick up, so we asked if we could move inside. Again, this was no trouble and we even had a quiet private table. The food and service was great, we will be back again for sure.
