Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca.     It was our first time visiting here and we really enjoyed the experience. The good was great and the service was even better. I didn't get the blonde waitresses name but she was really friendly and attentive. We would recommend and come back again :)

    We were well looked after, with excellent service. The food was good, and nicely presented; we couldn’t really fault it, apart from perhaps a bit too much salt in everything, but it lacked the wow factor that would have made it special. We dined on two consecutive nights and were a bit disappointed that the ‘daily menu’ was exactly the same both nights.
