Michelin-recommended since 2022.We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great cheeseburger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s a bistro-meets-diner-meets-internationally-inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto. Our service team is upbeat and genuine but also deeply knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. But the city kept asking and we’re glad to be a new staple in the Queen West neighbourhood for mimosas, chicken and waffles, and piping hot coffees. Il est difficile de trouver un bon brunch à Toronto et celui-ci fait partie du top 3 ! Tous les plats sont supers bons, beaux et les portions sont généreuses. Beaucoup de plats végé et végan ! Je vous conseille de réserver, le restaurant est toujours plein. Il était très agréable que notre serveur ne vienne pas nous déranger toutes les 10 min et que l'on puisse rester à table 1h30 sans avoir l'impression d'être mis dehors. Je reviendrai goûter le reste de la carte !
