FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. J’ai pris le steak en plat qui était une très bonne viande parfaitement cuite avec des chips maison. C’était parfait mais plus du niveau d’un très bon Steakhouse que d’un restaurant étoilé au guide Michelin. Le service par contre était top avec en prime un maître d’hôtel parlant français. Superbe vue sur la rivière Hudson.
