Ensconced in prime Bridgehampton, Armin and Judy is inspired by the Riviera locales of the Mediterranean, Basque coastal towns and country side road inns. The restaurant has an in-house retail bakery with hand-made viennoiserie and pastry made daily. Our pizza dough and breads are fermented to perfection and the hand made pasta made on site. We use only local and sustainably sourced seafood and farm to table produce from our neighbor's farm. Oysters are sourced from the North Fork and are unprecedented year-round.
