Restaurant Spoerl Fabrik offers breakfast with such fare as omelets, bacon, cereal and fruit salad. Guests can start their dinner with an appetizer of seared tuna with mango chutney or a fresh Caesar salad and move onto a rack of lamb with mashed chickpeas, truffle-filled tortellini or a salmon fillet with risotto.

Schwan Restaurant in Derendorf provides high-quality German and European cuisine and beverages to its diners. Visitors can eat outside on the beautiful terrace, or they can eat inside and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Guests can dine on delicious foods like Schwan Restaurant's signature Schwanitzel dish that contains fresh meat and other ingredients from local butchers and vendors. There is a separate children's menu and vegetarian options available for those with dietary restrictions.

Küppers Bierstuben (Küppers Pubs) creates a comfortable area to take in some history or just relax and get a drink. Küppers offers a daily lunch menu that includes items like pepper chopped steak fries with bacon beans and chips, Hähnchencrossies with barbeque sauce, French fries and coleslaw or fish fillet baked in beer batter served with tomato and butter rice on a leaf salad.
Reservations are not required for Küppers but they are available to ensure a seat when you arrive. They can be made online or by telephone.
