A husband and wife team, Marc Taxiera and Brianne Myers combine their talents and love for the restaurant business. Marc in the kitchen and Brianne in the front of house, they have spent decades refining their craft at some of the most iconic restaurants in the city; now bringing their passion to Westchester. Chef Marcs’ resume includes Executive Chef of the acclaimed Russian Tea room and the ultra-seasonal Beppe restaurant.Brianne has been the General Manager of iconic places like Eataly, BLT Steak, and the renowned Loring Place - to name a few.Augustine’s will be Chef Marc’s shining example of his ability to source local and seasonal ingredients. Finding his passion while in culinary school, his vision for his own restaurant continued to grow throughout his career. His philosophy is simple; take the best raw ingredients you can source and showcase them with minimal processing.

The team at Bistro V (formerly known as Versailles) has been proud to serve the Greenwich community since 1994 at Méli-Mélo, but the story in town actually began in 1990 at the original Versailles café location a few doors up from our current location on Greenwich Avenue. The beloved Avenue has seen many changes over the years and when the current owner spotted the “for sale” sign posted on Versailles’ front door, nostalgia kicked in and could not let another Greenwich institution go! A facelift, a menu shift, and Versailles was reborn as Bistro V. Inspired by the classic bistro in France, the team at Bistro V is excited to share another cozy local hangout with their loyal patrons from Méli-Mélo and newcomers alike. Quenas Restaurant opened in January 21st, 2011.its was very exiting and just to be able to opened a business with a family member made it great and special, at the beginning was hard but we made it through the years. our mission is for people to experience a new atmosphere and to introduce a new cuisine to our town, the values we have is very strong as a family business, made us proud of our selfs, made us more confident and happier.Our specialities are Ceviches, Lomo Saltado, Trucha frita, Paella, Aji de Gallina, Tallarin Verde de carne, Chaufa de Camarones etc. as a Peruvian cuisine Our staff is well train and we like to give opportunities to new members that doesn't have the experience, we like to work as team but more importantly as a family. We had bunch of stories thought the years, we made very good friends and accomplishments such as being able to be on the New York Time, Westchester Magazine, Restaurant hunters etc.
