Le secret de la bonne cuisine italienne se cache dans ses ingrédients frais, cuisinés avec simplicité pour le mélange de parfums le plus équilibré possible. Les racines italiennes de Mimmo se trouvent en Sicile, dans sa ville natale, Bagheria.
