Modern market and dining concept highlighting the influence of Greek products on Mediterranean cuisine. Mediterranean cuisine is rooted in an archipelago of magical vistas but rocky soil; where folks that could grow little more than herbs and olives were compelled to build ships to trade what little their soil brought forth. The resulting market for herbs and olives used in food, medicine, ritual and cosmetics— created a network of Greek trading nodes that stretched across the Mediterranean and beyond. The spirit of this history lives on in the prominence of herbs and olives in tapas, cicchetti, meze and other small plate cultures of contemporary Mediterranean nations. This was a small, comfortable family run restaurant with very good food and atmosphere. I'm from out of town but will return here when I'm back.

Very unique place. Food was outstanding ! Our waitress was also on top of everything and very very good. The food runner kept bringing our food to the table next to us and placed some food down before the couple said it wasn’t theirs and then it was brought to us. Thankfully nothing was touched and it all was quick to be resolved. Our dessert was either forgotten to be put in or it did take a really really long time to come out , we did get both desserts for free when the manager brought us our check to apologize for the wait. Very very good but it really is about all the little things am I right
