Il suffit de mettre un pied dans le confortable établissement pour réaliser à quel point le restaurant Hy's respecte la tradition. Les murs polis en acajou, le bar à cocktails, les meubles en bois massif et les œuvres d'art ont été maintenus avec amour depuis que le restaurant s'est installé en 1962. Le menu reste inchangé, à quelques exceptions près, et propose le meilleur du bœuf de qualité canadien et des fruits de mer, sans oublier le sublime toast au fromage du Hy's.

Established in 1976, Kamei Royale was the first Japanese restaurant to introduce the now famous BC Roll and various original sushi dishes found in Vancouver.
