HRB Hand Rolls are carefully prepared using a special nori (seaweed) form Ariake Bay in Japan. Speaking of which.... we recommend eating the Hand Rolls right away as nori begins to lose its crispiness once in contact with oxygen. Our rice is known as one of the best short grain rice varieties in the world and we like it warm to reveal the vinegar notes and strike balance with the temperature of the fish . Our biggest challenge is to source the freshest seafood whilst also making smart choices for our planet. We believe the sea is our backyard and we wish to play our part in preserving the natural resources and biodiversity it contains.

Connu pour être au fourneau dans les restaurants haut de gamme Rex et Vincenti, le chef Gino Angelini concocte une cuisine italienne de qualité dans son propre établissement. Même les gourmands qui ont tout essayé savoureront les entrées simples mais sublimes, allant des pizzas minces comme du papier aux moules et palourdes cuites à la vapeur qui baignent dans un bouillon d'ail infusé. Les lasagnes vertes de Nonna Elvira sont une douzaine de couches de bonheur avec des couches de pâtes qui enveloppent un fromage doux. Poursuivez avec un branzino (loup de mer incrusté de sel) délicieusement moelleux , ou avec une côtelette de porc accompagnée de chou rouge braisé. Les desserts méritent une attention particulière, comme un mascarpone crémeux ou une boule de gelato à la vanille servie avec une dose d'expresso chaud.

On devrait pas mettre des clients près de la porte d'accès à la terrasse extérieure. On a eu froid durant tout le souper et nous étions pas les seuls .
