D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Nommé « meilleur nouveau restaurant de l'année » par Esquire en 2007, l'établissement huppé du célèbre chef Dean Fearing continue d'offrir certains des plats typiques du sud-ouest les plus innovants de la ville. Régalez-vous avec une antilope enrobée d'achiote à la mole ou une enchilada de lapin braisé, tout en étant assis dans l'une des élégantes salles au décor texan, composé notamment de lustres ornés de peaux de bêtes.     A delicious meal. I'm many ways taking what a steakhouse/new American restaurant is and elevating it in a non-pretentious way. Whether a special occasion or a business dinner, I don't think you'll leave here disappointed.

    One of the best meals we have had out in a long time. The buffalo was exquisite, the scallops and wagu tartare amazing. The chef accommodated our request for seed-free oil dining and the bonus chocolates at the end were a nice treat. Highly recommend.

    We had a very nice dinner with absolutely flavorful and incredibly amazing tastes. Fearing’s experience is truly one of a kind, and we will definitely go back.

    Always a great experience. Consistently great food, great service, warm and friendly staff and an outstanding sommelier to help with wine pairing. We always enjoy coming here for special occasions.

    Tea at the Ritz is a must! We came for my birthday and it did not disappoint. The sandwiches were our favorite, especially the ancho chicken salad. The harp player was such an elegant touch and wonderful background. It was a perfect tea experience.

    Remains one of the best dining experiences in all Dallas on so many fronts. Chef Fearing was still there on a Saturday night making his rounds. Fried lobster, beignet dessert and all the exotic meats on the menu were delicious as ever. Service and ambiance fantastic. This place should be on everyone’s list for a special night out.

    We couldn't be more pleased with our anniversary dinner here! From the moment we arrived to savoring that final cup of Illy Italian coffee. Staff was perfectly attentive, all food was phenomenal (Crab cakes?! Best ever!) and we enjoyed a tableside chat with Chef Fearing. They helped make our special day even more memorable.
