Everett’s 8800 is located at the top of Andesite Mountain and is accessible via the Ramcharger 8 chairlift. A valid lift pass or scenic ride pass is required to access Ramcharger during lunch. Lift access is included with dinner reservations.

Food and service were good but portions were so small for the price. Left unsatisfied even though we’ve loved Everette’s in the past.

Food was absolutely delicious. We had elk tartare and mushrooms in sherry sauce (I will be dreaming of them), and two salads. Vibe outside was amazing too! Thanks for bringing back a la carte menu - no way to eat more for lunch!

How can any person not be absolutely enamored with the ambience and view of this spectacular mountain restaurant. We began our dining experience with the sherry morel mushroom appetizer and a few cocktails. Our entrees were the jidori chicken and dry aged beef rib eye. All were extremely delicious! I don’t think anything on the menu would be a disappointment. The waiter was very attentive and efficient. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace and the spectacular winter evening views after a most enjoyable meal.

I booked this reservation when the prix fixe menu was available because that is the experience I wanted. I received an email that they were adding a la carte options after feedback from diners. I must not have understood, because they totally scrapped the prix fixe menu!! A la carte is the only menu available. I was also expecting a long meal, but we were in and out in an hour, primarily because they forgot our salad, which they brought with our entree and comped us for the error, but it was just a disappointing flow to the evening. The lift ride up however and all the winter lights in the enchanted forest outside were special treats. Our waiter was good and the building is beautiful! The food is certainly way overpriced but the lovely sunset and ambiance helped make up for some of it.
